Following the incredible success of our original Oakland Bungalow plan, we’ve introduced several exciting new revisions to ensure every Oakland is truly unique to its homeowner. Featuring 1,660 sq. ft. of living space plus a fully developed basement, the Oakland 2.0 maintains many of the similarities of the OG Oakland.

This version includes a thoughtfully re-arranged main floor with the stairwell relocated, a vaulted primary bedroom, and a newly designed basement layout. While it delivers everything homeowners loved about the original plan, it adds a twist with a revised exterior appearance and a relocated covered deck ensuring each Oakland has its own style and curb appeal.

Staying true to the Oakland’s signature standards, this amazing plan features 10' main floor ceiling heights, 8' main floor interior doors, a designer kitchen with a quartz waterfall island, oversized fireplace with stone covering and mantle, living room tray ceiling accented with decorative wood beams, tasteful lighting and plumbing fixture package and lets not forget the ginormous window throughout—there’s truly so much to like.

The exterior will be completed with upgraded James Hardie siding, a modern stained front entrance door, black triple-pane window package, a covered deck with composite decking, front yard landscaping, and a concrete driveway.
